how do you know when a gold box comes

well its okey a minute before we can hear siren plus gold box falls randomly but i have two question for admins

1 does it random places it also falls on places where crystals dont fall like in polygon gold boxes doesnt used to fall on normal crystal boxes fall so those two places are also taken in account of random fall

2 in small maps like ploygon where DM usually happens all big mamoths gets drugged n kill small tanki players like us the moment they hear siren thus making not fair for other players

so i like to request to please dont issue notification is matches like DM which leads to unfair advantage in small maps like polygon as everyone is comming DM with only mammoths for this purpose only

It doesn't happen only in DMs. Example

 

 

The Rail that killed the tank in front of me was also drugging. Conclusion: When the gold is coming, no matter of the game mode, everyone drugs. This can't be prevented, all you can do is drug back.

This will be helpful especially to shaft users I think, as they usually have no idea when gold is dropping, or no ability to be close to where crystals drop (on certain maps)

On my very first day of trying out this new feature, something like that happened TWICE in the span of 15 Minutes

 

 

I got them both, partly thanks to the alarm and visual notification, and as usual, catching a GB always makes you glad, getting two in less than 15 minutes is even better.

 

But I still have to admit, THAT ALARM AND NOTIFICATION IS A REAL DEAL BREAKER !!!!! If you could remove just that tiny bit about update 148 it would be nice, or if you wanna compromise, you can also have these features been randomised as well as I previously suggested.

 

 

Considering the lesser of these 2 evils you mention, the input made by the heavy tanks (shafts in particular) who love the notification, that made by others like me (usually faster tanks and surprise junkies) and not forgetting these old-school tankmen who loves that sport of smashing each other to get the gold box, I have a proposal:

 

Instead of taking it out, or keeping it, why not make the notification themselves random ?? i.e. sometimes it will be announced that GB is about to be dropped soon and sometimes it simply just falls without any notification at all.

 

This way the surprise elements remains for those who wants it, and in other random games where the playing field is lucky to receive a notification of GB coming the shafts and gold fighters get their chances too :D

 

As for the likelihood of the notification appearing or not, that I trust the devs and consultants to come up with a good probability figure on this one ;)

Fair point... That'd be a nightmare in Iran, knowing that the gold box is about to be dropped without being able to do much about it.
