Micro upgrades should affect eachother;

 

When you increase speed, you decrease damage. (and vice versa)

When you decrease rotation speed, you increase... yeah well, what to increase?

I think there's a limit to exactly how much you can upgrade specific stats, and if you wish to upgrade it further, then you must buy the next modification (upgrading all of the other stats first)

 

This is what I believe, at least.

Yes, most probably.

 

Micro upgrades should affect eachother;

:excl: They should earn "Unbuyable" upgrade points that you get one for winning a battle in lead of the winning teams points or in DMs the most kills or first to reach the limit and the prices should come with

compromises like for power you get longer reload or range less power etc.

Do we have to buy these micro-upgrades in order to gain a next M-level?

Maybe not...."Example" Railgun turning speed,boost to 10% it will not effect the stats so there will be no M4

things will be all fun and games, until you meet a generalisimo with a super-powered m3 weapon/hull.

Micro-upgrades QnA

1. I think, there might be a limit to each gun modification m0-m3 by which you can upgrade a particular stat, for eg. you cannot upgrade an m0 to surpass an m1.

2. Micro-upgrading might cost more in total than just plain upgrading. that might be the catch.

3. Will m3 weapons be able to micro-upgrade beyond its stats or is the micro-upgrades for m0-m2?

4. Will this ever apply to hull modifications?

5. Will paints be able to be micro-upgraded?

6. Will micro-upgrades be more flexible? - eg. adjusting the fire-rate of thunder m2, then reverting it, will this be possible?

7. Will the cost to micro-upgrade be a flat rate? for eg. adding 10 dmg to any weapon costs the same.

8. is this a difficult upgrade to implement? if so how long do you think till we have it in-game.

3. Yes, till some point even M3s will be able to be upgraded

4. Microupgrades apply to guns and tanks, yes

6. Reverting it? Hm... In future, it will be possible to choose and play with any modification you want and have, for example, if you have Thunder M3, you will be able to play with M2, M1, or M0 too - you'll be able to choose. This way you can battle your friends that have lower modifications. But it's not sure if the same will be possible for microupgrades.

If there aren't any unexpected problems, the microupgrades may come in 1 or 2 months.
