I suggest you to write some credits in your OP to the original maker of this guide, . You are just copying and translating all what he is writing and you should at least give him credits for what he is doing.

By writnig '/quest' in chat, we got this picture.

so the word could be sergeffect, BUT on tanki's picture they cut it..

So maybe the pass is the name of the woman.. MARIYA_86

However, mariya_86 can be very logical, because in the original picture, you'll see a man in the bottom-right corner.

In the edited picture, he's been cut out. But just lets wait.
