Hacked or Error in my Garage :(

Today I entered to Tanki Online to play a game and when I got into the battle I realised that I was playing with Viking M1, a hull I had never bought (because I have Dictator M1, that is more or less the same...), I got into my garage and it was true! I have Dictator M1 and Viking M1 too! :huh:

 

It is not a misclick, because I was not in my home, I have not brothers or friends that play Tanki Online so it can not be. The Error or Hack ocurred between 1:00PM to 10:30 or 11:00PM (Uruguayan Time Zone UTC -3).

 

Please, I made a big effort to pick all this crystals and now I am with less than 10000 and with no money to buy my expected Hornet M1 on the 4th of June (Tanki's Birthday I think), if you can, administrators could you return me my money and take out this Viking M1 of my Garage, I would appreciate so much...

I think the best thing to do would be take a screenshot of it before and after..which you can't do now but send something to help@tankionline.com

Just write to ^^^ help@tankionline happened to me twice first time they gave me everything back second they said to change the password but i never got my stolen stuff back.

p.s it was on two different accounts

oh yeah when you write to them make sure you put your account name and pass and put in as much description with full grammar as possible at what happened.

Someone probably entered in your account and bought this stuff. Change your password, make it difficult to guess, then email help@tankionline.com, explain them what happened, include screenshots from before and after the accident and they will help you as soon as they can.

This happened to me once before the rabalance too. someone got into my account and bought m2 isida and m1 rail when ii was going for m2 hornet. I changed my password and reported this to help@tankionline.com (just like FederalBureauFBI told you)and they asked a few questions but after they found out i was not lyiing they gave me my crystals back
