"password not correct" even after a password reset?

Hi, i used to play 4 years ago, but had to quit because of technical problems - anyway. I have a new computer now, but why am i unable to access my account (joehot2000) even after i reset the password?

 

Or am i using the wrong email? (joeythorpe2000@orange.net), because if so, how do i actually go and find the email i used?

My account was joehot2000 - i have an account called joehot2010 a long time ago. (if you can somehow look it up, this acc will have been registered 3 years or more)

 

Edit: just realised you have no proof that it is actually me - so how do i get the email address that the account is linked to?
