Some people, that break rules twice and then only pays the price for one and in the other it says they're already banned; it's not fair, is it? They get banned for one broken rule and the other they pass, because they're already banned, which is not fair, is it?

Well, it makes sence; if you get banned for two reasons, and one is for length of a week and the other is a day; so you'll get banned for one week and miss the day! Well, that's as far as I know, really. If there are no rebbles, then explain how.
