We'll see, prices are unknown for now. But microups will cost a lot less than the normal upgrades.

Not sure if u have this planned yet, but once you buy all the micro-upgrades for a weapon, can it become the next level up? So the total cost for all micro-upgrades equals the cost for a full upgrade, just split in sections. I bet people would really appreciate not having to spend the money all over again. And also, as they get micro-upgrades, that reduces the full upgrade cost, so buying all the micro-upgrades over time is the same as buying the full upgrade alone. Basically, saving people money

Even if you buy all the microups available, you still won't go to the next M.

But yes, it's planned that when you microupgrade something, then the next M will be cheaper.

No rank limit, you can start microupgrading as soon as you buy the item you want.

Obviously, that's the purpose upgrading weapon is all about, either you micro-upgrade or fully upgrade it. Your choice by the way.

Other TO folks and I can't tell you yet. We must still get first hand experience using micro-upgrade. Wait and see how it works then decided what you want to upgrade.

Oh well... good luck for playing with your non micro-upgrade weapon against your MUed enemies. Just saying.

Maybe? But according to someone/ Seymon's earlier post, you might have to wait for a while before your micro upgrade are successfully installed. Meaning it could possibly be installed within any minutes or even days (my guess).

Yep, having the full upgrade rather than half-upgraded things will be hard, wouldn't it? Because that's definitely right.

Guys.. I was thinking, micro upgrades will be totally useless, because now, game is balanced, everyone has M2-M2 fight or M3-M3 etc..

But when it will be launched, everyone will; after a short time, have his gun and hull upgraded at M2.7 or M3.7. The fight will stay equal and the game balanced, but we will have spend more crystals !

 

I come to the conclusion that this upgrade is just a way for Tanki to make more money on Tanki's buyers - They will have to buy the M + microupgrades and as it will be more expensive to get the M+microupgrades, more players will buy crystals with real money as they will need more crystals to get the same balanced fight.

Some of my real life friends who plays tanki they also think that. So they wont microupgrade anything. They will just make m1,m2,m3 permanantly. They also thinks that there will be a m4 in the future.
