Micro-upgrades in progress

I dont want micro upgrades, dont like gambling, I dont like waiting, I dont like paying too much for too less difference.

 

Just tried the micro-updates on the test server, and my reaction is mostly negative. The difference between the first 50% of any upgrade is hardly noticeable. The chance of getting anywhere passed that becomes very slim and you start losing crystals very rapidly. Also discount on the next major (M) upgrade only activates if you have successfully upgraded an entire micro-upgrade (100%). The chances of that are extremely small, and you will waste a substantial amount of crystals.

 

really? you think so? we already have variety with all that tanks, guns and paints. and of course noob druggers. we need something conclusive, like, change of paints/huls... during battle as was before. you just ruined gameplay and still persist to ruin gameplay even more. great works, bravo.

Well, fellow tankers, I say that complaining or whining will not stop micro upgrades from coming.  I suggest strongly to get your game on and prepare for unforeseen consequences.  After all, microupgrades could forge a new challenge that Tanki really needs, of which I personally want to at least see; old school M  0.0, 1.0, 2,0, or 3.0 tanks against MU tanks.  Let's give those MU users our best shot, shall we?  ;)

Please note; that the actual MU update may differ from what we see now in the test server.

agreed.  I think that Tanki is getting rather unexciting with not a lot of new content going on until now.  Many of you seem either upset because some kid with some rich parents can get a bunch of crystals and fully upgrade their tank. Do not be irritated with this, because if they have better tanks and weapons than you, this will give you the chance to gain some serious skill in tanking, and at the same time letting tanki actually make some money and not run out of business.  They have to have people buy. or they wouldn't make enough money to be able to even continue this amazing game.  I have not tried the MU yet.  I am a fairly old tanki player, and not once have i seen people really complain about an update that has occurred.  remember guys, they are only testing the MU. that does not mean this is exactly how expensive all off the micro upgrades will cost. and also you can always save until a sale and buy the upgrades then, i'm sure they will put them on sale from time to time just like the normal upgrades are now.  

Plus, if you don't like what is going on, feel free to leave the game.  There are plenty of other games you can play.  do not tell what the Devs are doing wrong in a test, because they do try and keep the game balanced Too a point.

Guys I'm afraid you still don't get that you are not obliged to buy microupgrades if you don't like them.

I, for one agree with the negativity surrounding MUs. They simply disgust me; around 80 MUs per M! I thought these were basically for in between each M, so, for example, 10 MUs per item at each M. And don't tell me this garbage about just to not use them. Mammoth M1 can use MUs for about 50 more HP! What is that? How can I keep up with a player who adds that amount of HP without getting MUs on my Thunder's damage. Also, as mentioned prices are ridiculous! Without buying crystals, MUs are only worth about up to level 5, before I start wasting crystals. Finally, let me just say that I can go to a gambling site if I want, but I don't want to have an unsuccessful chance. These microupgrades would work if there were way less of them, and I would happily buy MUs at 10 times the price if I knew I was getting a fixed boost. This should be a bridge between Ms, not an individual aspect of upgrading.

P.S. The waiting time is idiotic, as well; I will probably quit if MUs come into the game like they were on the Test Server.

its just everything is okey wid MU just one thing is making us feel like we r ditched is "everyone told ur update can be unsuccessful than u will either have drugs or partial crystal back, making us feel there might be some errors which will be fixed later on , BUT NOBODY TOLD US THAT MICROUPDATE IS A GAMBLE GAME LIKE THIS WE SEEING. Nobody made you feel that way. It was explained many times that those "errors" are on purpose and they allow the MUs to be so cheap.

The first open testing of MUs is over. Most likely there will be other tests later, with /addcry and /addscore. As for what will come out first, Friends or MUs, it is still unknown, both features are almost ready. Just wait.

I would say that that there will be at least another 1 or maybe 2 testing sessions before the actual ug are finalised

sure they wont appeal to everyone but they will to others

it`s a case of how did people cope without ug?

even with drugs or without people get their butts kicked & even kick butts a lot (Will not mention the word butts anymore 4 butts are quite enough I think) :D

it`s all about really playing & thinking tactually if you use ug or drugs or none of them either way your have your successes & at times your have your losses.

At the moment buyers buy drugs too. Before, when the xp thing was here, they were buying ranks too. Even normal upgrades, guns and tanks. You can't stop the buyers.

That way the game will just stop. After all, maybe you don't know, but Tanki is a business, many people's real-life job, their bread. If their income stops, what do you think will happen?
