nothing to get from the support team

we cant refund your crystals because the crystals were spent from more than 2 months.

is that the help you told me that i will get if i contact support and help team?? maybe yes because you don't help players at all from my opinion because not only me that had this problem of spent crystals when the account was hacked, i do want to contact someone who could help, but it maybe impossible because you wont help me,i wrote a topic about my problem the replies was to send e-mails to help & support teams but no help, spoke with supernick95 also no help, maybe useless help team or players haters...

P.S:you will say that its impossible to help me within 2 months but i do want to say that i e-mailed them from the day the crystals were spent.....

help me if there is a hope that you help

It's really pointless to create topics for such things, there is noone that can help you on the forum.

 

If the Tech Support says the crystals were spent 2 months ago, it means they were. Tech Support have many account logs which tell the truth, always.

 

If you still think they were wrong, email them again. I would be happy to help you, but unfortunately, I'm only a volunteer who works in the chat/forum, I don't have any rights over the accounts system, so I can't help you, neither anyone on the forum can. Just send the email again. Good luck.
