Hi

While buying crystals using my CC ,i got a message saying that the payment was not completed.

However i checked with my bank and got to know that my card was charged. They even gave me an transaction approval code.

 

Now the money is gone but i have not got crystals ?

I have already filed a report and also tried the Chat helpline but no revertals

Is it SAFE to buy crystals on Tankionline ?

Then there's no need to create a forum topic about this. There's noone that can help you here. The only people that can do it are the Tech Support - help@tankionline.com - you can contact them on the email, or through the Report a problem form in the Payment section (which you say you did) - if you did it, just wait. Remember you aren't the only one with a problem, so you will need to wait.
