This is about looks, not what protections they have

And I'm speaking about the looks... If you can see python and jaguar from miles on every map, it's not a good camouflage, right? Plus it's just plain ugly for a tank to resemble a snake...

I won't even mention a pink colour

Then according to your logic, inferno should have been the ugliest paint, since it is very bright and can be spotted from almost everywhere. Tankionline is like a "fantasy" tank game, far from reality. Do not judge the paints based on their camouflage quality. They should be judged based on the attraction value and color scheme and how pleasing they are to eyes.

Then Inferno should be on the top, followed by Zeus and Picasso.

And they were judged that way (colour scheme, seriously??) - but I also wanted to include their usability value. I want both "pleasing to the eyes" AND useful, 'cause even in the realm of the fantasy battles, things got to make some sense...

To me, Inferno IS among the ugliest paints... I just didn't have enough space in the article to count them all :D Let me see... Jade too, Hohloma, Zebra, Lead, Corrosion, Digital...

Point is - this game is more than a 3 years old. During that time, devs could've make a dozen of new and different paints (which is not a strenuous and problematic task), even make a voting for it. We had a contest not so long ago, which proved just how easy is to make and apply a new texture, and how great some of the paints can look on a tank (not the winning ones, though, they are all repulsive). And I really hate to be forced to use the paint I find hideous, just because it has the protection I need...

... Doesn't even resemble its pattern :D

Yes, that's a bit crazy.

Fair point, I never noticed that. And jok, how could you?! :o

A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. ^_^

I doubt I'll ever use it.

It was his opinion, and this is mine. Taste differs from person to person, you know...

Gold petals and leaves on a black surface is so Louis XIV, doesn't match my complexion at all :D

Since, you consider Inferno as one of the ugliest paint, I'll refrain myself from reading this topic anymore. One thing is for sure, this is definitely not a good "Reply.'

dusseldorf redeems itself to me in being capable of 20 people per team and still being able to coordinate small squads to flag capture.
