Bug on Test Server

Hello I was trying to make a test server account and try out a combo I might use but when I tried to use /addscore or /addcry it said this command is not real or something.. my Russian is 0%. Just a heads up guys.

test server is open for a month now, but it's true that those commands don't work at this moment. open all the time so don't say it's closed.

This post, however, he means there are no public tests at the moment (by the time he said this, the servers were offline). The other part, he says that if there are no public tests needed, the test servers are closed for normal players, opened only for players.

There's another problem :

you get disconnected instantly when you go up on another tank
