Unfair Complaint Section

Hello, this is k77frank, and I am banned due to writing in a Complaints Sections.

I do recognize my mistake but when I browse through other complaints, I see other people that posted on the complaints who did not have the same complaint and did not get banned.

Why is this? Also, to avoid future 1 week bans, I suggest that the Complaints Section be moved to another sections and only mods can answer.

Example? The fact they don't get banned immediatly doesn't mean they won't be banned. We just don't have enough Chat Mods to be online always.

To avoid bans, simply read the rules of the section before posting.

However, it is not fair that some people get banned for posting in Complaints while others don't for the same reason. Any person with a fair mind would think that this is not right. Either ban everyone that does this or do not ban anyone.

The suggestion that Complaints Section be moved to another sections and only mods can answer would solve every problem. No body would get banned, no one one be able to post in Complaints, and mods can answer peacefully.

If this happens, people who have the same complaint will need to create new topics, which will be even worse. Same complaints and same topics - not good. That's why topics are opened for everyone, but only Staff/those who have the same complaint are allowed to answer. Others get banned.

I have no idea what you are saying, but I do understand that there are not enough mods in the forum. However, this should not be Russian Roulette where some people get banned while others don't. That's why I say that mods should EITHER ban no one OR someway fine a way to ban everyone. Repeating for the third time: rule breakers always get banned. Sometimes there is just a delay because of the lack of Mods. But at the end, EVERYONE gets banned. It may be after some days, even a week later, but they still do get banned. Clear now?

When you say that everyone will eventually get banned, how come I see some complaint posts that are already locked but do not have the people that posted there banned?

That's the other thing - you don't always see the ban (player has been banned for ... )

What sometimes happens is that the Mod is busy and doesn't have time to edit the messages posted by the banned guy and to post the ban log. So he simply bans him and then just deletes the messages/leaves them, like in the case you saw.

Again, that doesn't mean he didn't get banned.

Those who has the same complaint are allow to comment. Those who are not are banned for a week. FBI thank you for the help.
