This topic is about firebird thawing out a frozen tank and freeze "un-burning" a tank. It's completely unfair for the firebird, because it only has a 4 second charge and it takes a firebird way longer to defrost a tank, so he uses nearly all of his charge to unfreeze someone. no wonder firebirds never de-freeze anyone because they won't have any charge left! and even if they did, it takes firebird forever to recharge. Whereas a freeze could un-burn someone and still have enough charge to kill an m3 hunter. And freeze recharges in like 4 seconds. And it takes freeze less time to de-burn someone. Come on tanki, did you really expect firebirds to de-freeze people when you only give them a 4 second charge? Get real.

Its the users choice to unfreeze someone. The charge was not determined by the time it takes to unfreeze. Think about it.

agree. and some firebirders never now the un-freeze feature. it was most embarrassing movement when some firebirder left me un-freeze in a battle.

I only un-freeze people when there are no enemies near bye. If there are, I try to unfreeze the person while burning the enemy. If I can't, I just go for the enemy.

Actually it takes firebird 17 seconds to charge, and 6.2 seconds for freeze. Anyway, firebird can kill a mammoth m3 (without resistance) in 4 seconds of firing.

Yes but firebird has the highest DPS if u include the burn effect... therefore it has some negative aspects to it like low ammo and slow recharge.... IMO firebird is one of the best turrets out there (even thou i dont hav it)

I also hate when a firebird and a freeze are burning someone then the freeze does more damage because its unburning the enemy and the firebird is unfreezing the enemy. This is really annoying when I am helping kill an ememy with a freeze. In this instance the freeze doesnt only do more damage but it alos has the faster regarge added. I've also been waiting forever to get m2 firebird but the rank is way to high.

Right, Firebird has such a high DPS that it completely pulverises any Freeze. The unfreezing thing has more than likely been implemented to make it fairer.

Maybe u guys hate freeze cuz it doesnt kill u, but leaves u frozen forever. Firebird does quick and high damage, and makes sure u die. You dont get annoyed by fire cuz it just kills u! All guns are balanced dont complain

Your fault if you're unintelligent enough to attack someone a Freeze is attacking... I hate it when Firebirds do that, it's a waste of their ammo and it means I can't circle my enemy effectively.

As far as I have noticed (I bought firebird from M0-M2 yesterday) you don't need to shoot at a frozen teammate very long. Just shoot them a bit, then the afterburn defrosts them the rest of the way and your charge is hardly used up. Yes, if you shoot at them without stopping your whole charge is gone before they are unfrozen, but you only need to shoot them a bit and then stop, letting the afterburn do the rest.

Not many people possess M3's you know- especially how Firebird M3 is the most expensive. Take a look at the M1's- the most common version of le Firebird.
