i dont like this. In a battlefield generalismos and other higher ranks will always win because they have better weapons and low ranks dont. So i dont think this is a good idea.

try to understand the plus point.

[Condition 1]when you are lower rank let just say W05 and you join the battle in which W05 is the highest rank. yes you can kill easily lower rank player. and take all the crystal funds.

[condition 2] if you play the battle in which lower rank is W05 and you are killed by higher ranks easily then you cant rely on the battle fund you have to pick up the crystal drops.

but the point is in condition one crystal drop ratio is very low so battle fund generate very low. but play with higher ranks (play with winning side i recommend you :P) the crystals drops is more then the battle fund as in condition 1.

and all you need is the crystals in a battle to upgrade your garage.

so this upgrade help you to boost up very fast.

When I was corporal I saw people who played like marshals but since I had experience i played just like them and since tanki added the 'score adder' a lot of newbs at rank of major and so on. Bought their way up to generalissmo. Some of those players never learned how to turn their turrent. I still own people who have m3/m3 while i can use a m1 weap. and and m2 hull. So rank really doesn't matters what matters is the skill they have.

This will NOT have an effect on the gameplay; you can still choose yourself whether you want lower ranks in or not; it all comes down to join the right battle.

This is said before; it will only make it a lot easier for Clans and teams, and for those who want to play with lower ranked friends.

 

I can't think of any downside, this is a great upgrade. ^_^

Dear players, today we’ve made some changes to battle rank limits.

 

We’ve all seen situations when friends can’t play in one battle together if the difference between their ranks is too big.

So it was decided to extend the limits for some ranks to prevent that from happening.

 

Rank restrictions have been extended by 1 rank for:

• Master Corporal
  
• Master Sergeant
  
• First Sergeant
  
• Sergeant-major
  
• Warrant Officer 1
  
• Warrant Officer 3
  
• Warrant Officer 4
  
• Major General
  

Rank restrictions have been extended by 2 ranks for:

• Warrant Officer 5
  
• Third Lieutenant
  
• Second Lieutenant
  
• First Lieutenant
  
• Captain
  
• Brigadier
  

Rank restrictions have been extended by 3 ranks for:

• Major
  
• Lieutenant Colonel
  
• Colonel
  

 

Now players of these ranks can create battles for wider range of tankmen.

It will also increase the number of available battles for players of higher ranks.

For example, before the update in order to create a battle available for Generalissimos you should have been at least Brigadier.

Now such a battle can be created even by a Major.

 

So play together with your friends, create unique battles and don’t forget to share your ideas regarding the update in this topic.
