So I've checked it out... And I'm impressed. I especially like the ability to find out which battle a friend's in, and the bold white username used to indicate friends. Great job, can't wait to see it implemented into the game!

 

My only criticism would be that outlined by crashyoyoyo. I think it would be easier if left-clicking lets you write to a player immediately as it is without the friends system, and right-clicking brings up the menu that appears under the friends system.

Unfortunately right-click opens Flash menu, it is default. However the interface may be changed and look a bit different when it is released, your feedback helps us to improve it so thanks!

"Reworking Madness map" has been on there for far too long, really how hard is it?

Madness is being reworked for a long time because it will be better then the previous one. If you like this map as much as you say, you will have strength to wait for it, right?)

The friends_ prefix gets added to show that at the moment Friends system is being tested.

Also, Semyon, just an idea but would it be possible that the option of "Add to Friends" when you click someone on the lobby would come when you "Right-click" their name". Its natural for me to left-click a name then type.. its a lot harder to click "Write in chat" immedaitely after everytime you want to switch chatting people.. :unsure:

The difference is that there's a search which lets you search your friends by name. Plus, you can remove friends by pressing the X next to them. Buy new eyes :P

 

As for the right-click - it can't work because by default right-click opens Flash menu which can't be changed. To write to someone simply left-click his name while holding Ctrl.

However, I still think a solution for that would be some kind of a tiny icon, maybe even a dot next to everyone's name. So when you press that dot you get the options for adding friends, etc., but when you press on the name you can write to that person, like it is now.
