Cristals not Credited

Hi

I'v complained about crys that desapeared from my acc, and battle founds not credited, and no discount buying on discount week, and yes i wrote to support and untill now i just recived a mail telling me how to change my password and email, well i know how to do that, but my password has 32 letters ,caps,numbers and simbols and even if u see it it plain text it's hard to get it right....so not the problem.

Now i'm allways cheking my crys, and guess what ?

Just now got a gold box and it was not credited !!!

What the hell is going on, this is really starting to piss me off.

and i told this in the reply to the change pass/mail email support sent....with this gold box it makes already about 30.000 cristals you people own me.

What is going on, i'm not telling u stories, this is real.

I want my crystals back, but most of all i want this problem solved. I will not let this go, i will complain in every where possible, and i mean EVERY WHERE.

You sent the email and received the answer. All you can do is ask them again, there's no need to come back here, in the forum, since as I already told you, we can't do anything from the forum. All I can suggest you is cleaning Flash & browser cache, changing browser, or running the game through the Standalone Flash.

If the problem still occurs, write to the help again.
