Why would you want to open the xml? It's all code.

 

To open your map you just need to name it map.xml, save it in the folder TanksTestingTool & 3th Library and then open TanksTestingTool.swf - it will open through Flash player and after some seconds your map will load.

But make sure you have atleast one spawn point on your map, otherwise it won't load.

My last question and I'll begin:

May I choose a map (for example Tribute) and re-make it with 3rd props? So all the houses, bridges will be the same but in 3rd props. Am I allowed to do that?

I don't think you should be allowed to do that; that's purely because you're only plagiarizing something that you did not make; it doesn't show your creativity and use of imagination.
