Is Tanki blocked in Myanmar?

My friend and his brothers will move to Myanmar in July. He currently lives in Russia.

However, I would like to ask if Tanki is blocked in Myanmar. From this picture of where you can buy Tanki, Myanmar is an acceptable country:

Even with this, my friend is not sure because Myanmar has strict internet restrictions :(

Is there some way we can check if Myanmar blocks Tanki?

EDIT: Just realised there's no relation to the complaint; though they have strict internet restrictions, I think it still should be allowed in Myanmar.

Dude, the contest topic was new, you posted every 10 minutes. There would be mods monitoring that topic. I made this like 6 hours ago and still no definite response. There are like only 1 mod monitoring the Complaint Section.

Try and get your friends' parents/relatives to log in on Tanki or access the website to see in advance (this can work ONLY IF they have relatives that live there)

That doesn't make it justifiable, it still makes you a hypocrite and you were posting every 16-18 minutes... 6-8 min difference between my repitition and yours. Complaints are usually answered straight away as far as I'm concerned.
