I have made this page so people of high ranks only write advices so people who have less experience can do more effort and play much better

Try avoiding joining a battle with team that are infest of noobs players during warrant officer stage. They totally ruin your game.

never join long battles(if u don't have time), because u will leave after sometime, so u will just get experience and no crystals

1. Never buy everything to M1.

 

2. Stick with only a few turrets and hulls. (1-3 of each)

 

3. Try to score an M2 Weapon. M1's will get you nowhere in the higher ranks- unless you use Isida solely for healing.

 

4. Don't buy drugs.

 

5. Buy wisely. No refunds.

 

6. Buy at least an M1 Weapon and M1 Hull before getting a paint.

 

7. Only stick with one simple paint first. Don't buy every paint. The thing is you won't use them and you'll waste nearly all your crystals. Stick with something good and cheap: like Forester, Metallic, Safari or Lava. Buy one only. Then after you reach higher ranks you can save up for something more advanced like Electra :wub: , Digital, or Rustle. Then even further and beyond like Irbis or Inferno. :D

 

8. Before joining a battle, check the Time limit, Ranks of each tank in each team, and the scores.

 

9. Think strategically. You aren't going against CPU's like other games. You're versing real humans! :o

 

10. Choose the weapon right for you.

 

11. Don't buy Ricochet. It is viciously difficult to control. After you gain more skills you can try your hand at it. But just to be save first get an M2 Combo.

 

12. Don't worry, once you rank more you'll earn crystals in battle much easier. :lol: I have a noob account and the crystal funds are so slow.

 

13. Have fun. If you find your current combination of hull/turret not to be fun, then change it. Games are meant to be fun. Frankly, if you ain't having fun you aren't bringing out the combination's full potential and thus suck. Twins/Mammoth is a powerful combination, but I find slow hulls to be not fun. So I suck at that combination. I use Wasp and frankly it's considered a weak hull by many- yet I do so good with it.

 

14. All weapons/hulls aren't weak. Some just need different skill assets to maneuver them.

 

15. Get Dailies.

 

16. Freeze is the best to kill druggers. So many druggers now. :angry:  :(

 

17. Move your turret!  It's easier to move your turret than moving your whole tank around- not to mention you'll fight better and look cooler when you kill a tank while driving. B)

 

18. Participate in Cybersport. Pretty fun in my view- although I haven't got the time to participate in it. The battles are quite fun to watch live. :D

 

19. Watch for important Russian Holidays. Those are mostly when sales will occur. This is a Russian game after all.

 

20. Take a screenshot of hackers and send them to Mods.

 

21. Participate in Forums.

 

22. Send ideas to feedback.

 

23. Learn what a Goldbox is and where they drop.

 

24. You can sort of air-strike with mines. When you're on top or above an enemy in midair, just drop a mine and they'll die.

 

25. Don't be a nub and not protect/capture flags in CTF. If you solely want to kill, go to a DM or TDM.

 

26. To gain more FPS (Frames per Second) turn off dynamic shadows and dust-under-le-tracks. However, you should keep on the Skybox and sound. It's awesome. :fire_r:  :fire_l:

Thunder -> This is a gun that can attack groups of tanks. Think of this as a messy Smoky with no criticals with solid brick-like damage. However, it's meant for close-medium range unlike Smoky which is good at ranged. Use your Splash-damage! Hit nearby objects and make tanks scatter! Who cares about Rustle paint. It's an effective gun when used right- even with enemies that have paints. When an enemy is hiding behind a wall, don't go to him. That's asking to be killed. Then you'll just complain on Forums about Thunder being suck-ish and thus flood it and get shunned upon. Instead, drive forward fast, then stop and when you do, your turret will point down a bit. Then smash that spacebar button. The shot will hit the ground next to the wall and damage the hiding tank. Basically with Thunder, no tank can hide. And to add insult to injury, don't let your opponent kill you. A Thunder is a proud weapon, don't lose your pride. Kill yourself by self-destructing. What I mean is shoot a wall you're right next to. This will kill you, evade letting your enemies take you as a kill, and if your enemy is near/next to you, it will hurt them too. It might even kill them. My favorite aspect about Thunder is the splash damage. Isidas have short range and tend to stay near their host (Person they're healing or hiding behind). I like to shoot in the middle of groups to see who dies first. I'm an evil tank. :D

 

Shaft: Find a good spot and shoot. When your flag is taken, find the guy who has your flag and shoot him. And cover the person with enemy's flag. You play an important role in keeping the enemies back and earning kills. When I'm a Shaft I kill things like Freeze or Isidas. Shaft's shot can go through tanks- remember that. So if you can't see an enemy because he's covered by a friendly tank- but you know he's right behind the friendly tank, shoot the friendly tank. It won't hurt your teammate, but it will go through him and hurt the enemy. (Unless it's a friendly fire game)

And if you happen to use Mammoth, you can be helpful in CTF by sitting on your flag. It blocks it from enemies and you can still snipe. :excl:

 

Freeze -> You're essential in CTF. Not to mention very good in TDM. Freeze, everything! But when your enemy is frozen, circle him. Keep out of his turret's path and keep circling him while spraying him until he dies.

 

Isida: Heal. Good source of points- not to mention beneficial to your team. You can also be an attacker- a very good one.

 

Smoky: Just keep shooting and get criticals :lol:  Stay in the shadows or in hidden places. Don't attract attention and be good support. Keep shooting! 

 

Firebird -> Oh yes, the Pyromaniac gun. Just burn everything. However, it is a strategic gun you have to think when using. Don't use all of your ammo on one flipped over Wasp. Let your Burn effect do it's job. Just spray it a bit and let it burn! :lol:  Continue spraying it just a little when you notice the burn fading. Keep the burning to it's maximum extent! Keep the tank a crimson color. That's what I do. I blast him till he gets as dark-red as he can. Then I circle him or hide nearby and continue jumping out and keeping the burn from fading away. It's easy to kill Mammoths like that. It's a very good gun to go guerilla with. Smoky is too I guess.

 

Railgun: In TDM, just shoot and run/hide. Unless you use Mammoth. Then just keep shooting. :lol: Great for peek-a-boo tactic. If you want to shoot upwards, drive backwards and then stop. When you stop, your turret will point upwards. Shoot! If you want to shoot downwards then go forward, then stop. Then when your turret is poised downwards, shoot. When hiding behind a wall and attempting Peek-a-boo tactic, remember to press spacebar before jumping out. Why? Railgun needs to charge first- and it takes a second or two. Press spacebar then jump out. Because if you don't, when you're exposed you're vulnerable and enemies can kill/unbalance you before you shoot and you might die or flip over. Remember, you're versing humans. They will discover your pattern. You might want to feign them while you're add it. Move suddenly towards outside the wall, then quickly stop or reverse to get back behind the wall. They will waste their shot and miss you. Then you're able to come out and take proper aim and shoot'em. Or you can come out from the other side of le wall. :lol:  However, Railgun's muzzle is long. Might want to back up from the wall before doing so they don't foresee your move.

 

Twins: Don't let go of your spacebar. Better on every hull except Wasp. Good day sir/ma'm.

 

Ricochet: This gun is probably King-Of-Being-Difficult-To-Use. So difficult that you shouldn't buy it until you achieve higher ranks and know how to play Tanki more. So difficult that even I have a hard time, but fun time, using it. Although I do consider myself decent-good at it. :lol:  Use the ricochet effect! Bounce those plasma balls from walls! When you see the enemy run into a tunnel, Fire into the tunnel. The shot will bounce and kill'em. :P Use your environment wisely. This gun depends on its environment. On Combe map with the slopes and all, if you fire downwards the shot will bounce and go up the hill and hit the enemy. It can also let tanks with Hornet/Wasp hull climb onto hills and do parkour.

 Indeed. My post only gives you the gist. If you want more detailed versions of each section, look there. They also show you the tactics- in action! Whoa. who wouldn't want that? :lol:

Think tactically about where you are, and what might happen:

 

- try and keep a wall or the edge of the map to one side of you, to limit the directions threats can come from

- use cover!  a longer route with less open ground is safer than the direct one

- cross open areas fast, and only if you have to, ideally in groups in team matches

- keep moving, especially in DM games;  stand in one place and you are toast

- use the turret, especially to peak round corners as the camera shifts

- use page-up and page-down to see over and round obsticles

- cease fire if there is no target - it tells people *exactly* where you are

- beware of mines if you are chasing a high ranked player

- aim to attack opponents from behind or from the flank, and use those precious seconds before they can turn to get shots on target

- proactive, aggressive play gets more points than reactive, defensive play

if you interested in getting crystals then take a isdia go to the ramp on any moon silence map and heal high ranks and xp and crystals.

i still do it maybe you are called a noob but it is worth it untill you become the best

Always press tab from time to time and check the team stats kick out the mults/sabotors and report them , don't join high rank battles

i know im low rank but if you have wasp hornet viking and your enemy has dictator or mamoth run up to the and get to side to side he will not be able to kill you unless they have shaft freeze fire or isida becouse there top heavy watch if its a rico they can be trickey little bugars and dont do with thunder

 

 

also if you only have money too upgrade one thing and you want to upgrade your hull and gun upgrade gun first every one will have a gun to kill you with and a hull so spend 50 m1 rail into m3 mammy with m3 twiins and you have m3 hornet not gonna happen shoot him 3 times with m3 rail and kill then upgrade hull when cry is availible

 ok here is an advice for you.. never ruin a game.. today i lost a serious battle only because bunch of warrants joined in map where max rank was general. they did not let good players to join the map...  there were several player who could do something and help. as a result i lost 7-9,... i was winning 7-1.... :( 
    
Conclusion: never join a battle which is out of your league !!!!

Only upgrade 1 hull and turret at first. When you get m2, then you can start getting new tanks. Same applies with paints.

Always press tab from time to time and check the team stats kick out the mults/sabotors and report them , don't join high rank battles

 You could join high ranked battles- but it's safer to do it once you get to a higher rank like Lieutenant. And when joining high-ranked battles, never use offensive turrets. Meaning always use isida. Keep healing your teammates. However, be a good Isida. Bad isidas are just a waste to the higher ranks and like Funini said, they should join battles with ranks suited for them.

 

And if you do join higher ranks with Isida, get isida M1. Big difference from Isida M0. :lol:
