  1. 1. Should there be a feedback thread for staff members?

    • Yes! I believe we the community should be able to point out our views on the staff.

    • No! The staff is, and always has been, correct, and polite, and does not need to be commented on their work.

I think there is a small majority of the staff that is actually professional. Yet the other percentage has staff members who are ... well you get the point.

Should there be a feedback thread for staff only, to tell them if they are doing a good job, or a bad job. Or even being rude?

I recently sent a staff member a message after their completely rude statement to another forum-er and he/she sent me a message back with a very unprofessional and rude statement. I don't know if it's a bad day or something, maybe they need some fresh air, but consumers shouldn't be treated in such a way.

So what do you guys think.

The best action is to not take a side in this topic:

2.18. - public discussions of moderators' and Administrators' activities.

If you have a problem with any one of them, I know that you may PM the upper authorities... Keyword: public

They should  be way more active. Some topics about hackers are answered a week after it is posted :/

They should add a better security system in the game. That I have to agree upon. Especially with the

super high cost of items in the shop almost forcing you to pay for the items

. I would like to have my account protected with a minimum chance of it being hacked.

Actually I find everyone in the staff correct, and make sure not to discuss about mods work in PUBLIC, if you have any complaints about a staff member please write to his administrator (check staff list ;) )

Yes, I read the rules. We haven't discussed any activities in this thread. Thank you for your concern.

^^^^^^^

Anyways, whenever I send my hundreds of PMs to certain moderators to report in game violations it is alway timely and professional. I haven't come across any complications, yet.

An activity is something that has been done. What I wrote isn't something that they wrote.

Only a small majority of the players read the rules, you are not in there it seems. I advice you have a look.
