Referrals

 

A referral is when you invite someone to a game; there are a couple of ways you can go about doing that; I’ll elaborate on that below.

The perks of referring your friend are:

·You get an amount of crystals for every time he ranks up

·You can now play with your friend on Tanki Online

·You get 10% of the crystals he buys

As mentioned in the perks, every time your referred friend ranks up, you receive an amount of crystals; those amounts are as follows:

 

Recruit - 0

Private - 10

Gefreiter - 20

Corporal - 40

Master Corporal - 70

Sergeant - 100

Staff Sergeant - 130

Master Sergeant - 170

First Sergeant - 210

Sergeant-major - 260

Warrant Officer 1 - 310

Warrant Officer 2 - 370

Warrant Officer 3 - 430

Warrant Officer 4 - 490

Warrant Officer 5 - 570

Third Lieutenant - 610

Second Lieutenant - 720

First Lieutenant - 810

Captain - 900

Major - 1000

Lieutenant Colonel - 1100

Doesn’t seem like much? Take the following things into account:

 

Ø You don’t get 2400 crystals altogether; you get the crystal amount displayed every time your referred friend ranks up; for example, if your friend ranked up to Warrant Officer 5, you’d receive 570 but when he ranks up to Third Lieutenant, you’d receive 610 crystals.

Ø If your friend ranks up all the way to Generalissimo, that puts 22390 crystals in your pocket, which is a formidable amount.

 

When it comes to actually executing these referrals, there are a few ways you can do that but before you do, you need to know how to access those options; you do that by clicking this:

 

 

 

When you’ve clicked that, it should come up with this:

 

 

 

As you can see, there are 3 different ways in which you can invite your friends:

 

v Invite by e-mail

v Get link

v Get banner code

 

Now, I’m going to tell you how to refer your friend in each way and then you can use your discretion on which you one you want to use:

 

Invite by e-mail

 

If your friend has an e-mail, you can invite him this way; when you’ve clicked the button that lets you refer by e-mail, you should get this:

 

 

 

You simply type your friends’ e-mail address and it should be in his inbox within 10 seconds.

One of the easier ways to invite friends; when you click the button that lets

you refer by link, you should get this:

You can put the link on social networking sites and forums (but the next option for referring friends is more appealing to forumers) and any type of communication media such as ICQ or Skype.

 

Get banner code

 

This is the final way in which you can refer your friends; when you click the button that lets you refer by banner, you should get this:

 

 

You should see a banner of your score, hull, turret, coat and rank along with the code that enables you to post it on forums, blogs and HTML-supported pages.

 

Note:

Your referred friend has the register via the e-mail, link or banner otherwise it will not work. For maximum security, I’d recommend for him to not reload.
