hacker and violator: RuslanGold and voting does nothing

RuslanGold must have 2 accounts. One in blue team, the another one in red team.

He is playing for blue team against red team and his another account is keeping our place busy.

So that we can't have new players and we must fight 9 against 10 because of his account in our team.

He is using hack for his account in our team so that the tank moves automatically and therefore it doesn't leave the game. We voted for him many times but nothing happened

He always left the game and came back so that we couldn't vote for some time. He kept leaving and coming back when we started voting for him. But after some time he stayed like more than an hour.

But we couldn't kick him out, he was always making our place busy for fair players to come into our team.

 

You can see the votes in pictures that has been taken in different times and you can see his D/L becomes 0 again, because of his leaving and coming back to the game.
