gta8444 is campng at a crystal spot and not helping the team he got 6 kicks and  remained in the battle i said to him if you don't help the team leave then the gold box fell i got it then he started to use the /vote thing but he forgot to do the / and kept doing it after that i stoped somewhere to chat and then he pushed me into the wall and won't let me move so i didi the /vote but nothing hap pened i have a pic of this but nothing else

You should use teamkick to try vote him out.

I have the same complaint.

 

First, you can try to kick but no one votes if you play among low levels. 

 

Then /voting or teamkick don't work always, in fact with /vote you will be able to make a chat mod (correct me if I'm wrong) to come in your battle and see what happens, but they are not always online :/  , while using teamkick, it's hard to see he gets kicked, because even if he makes 1 point, all the votes are deleted. That's why this thing should be fixed. I'm a shafter too, and I'm fed up to see people who push me off the cliff, or hornets that climb on me while i use mammoth, because with shaft I'm not able to aim if he covers my scope. All these kinds of people should be kicked, but we need a fixed teamkick, especially for little maps like Sandbox. There you have only 1 chance to kick a guy with /vote, if a mult is in my team and gets reported, then the player kills only one guy and starts making the mult again, I can't kick him anymore. It seems teamkick and /vote are made to kick only mults (inactive ones), but I'd like to kick a guy if he or she is not playing well.
