My thunder reload by now is 2.22

But i wonder about its range, i can shoot the wall in the biggest maps, there are no limits for its range !

Anybody have an idea what will happen if we increase the range?

Does it mean more damage at a distance?

Yep, if you increase the range, you will get bigger dmg at bigger distances. But you should concentrate on upgrading Reload and Dmg first. Especially reload plays a crucial role...mine is 2.18 right now and honestly, i coulnd't be happier.

are you sure about what you said? because with the first MU, there was the parameter of max far distance damage

but now have been replaced with range

Even if you have fast reload, but i noticed it gets too low even at short distances.

Yes i am sure...in fact...i get my best D/Ls in big maps (where Thunder is supposed to be weak)

and you do 100% better with thunder than smoky ;)

Hahaha...you just wait till i get M3 Smoky :p

i dont like that when i am playing with smoky i am always hoping at a critical to save me :rolleyes:

Meh, Smoky rocks...even if it depends on luck many times...still...imagine having 9% of crit chance...that's hell for ANYONE! Even fat mammoths)

Btw..it is unfair for M2 Smoky to be compared to THAT^^

Oh my gosh it was so funny yesterday. I was in a full combe CTF with thunder/hunter/tundra. They had a bunch of freeze and a railgun. So they took our flag got to the other side and were all there. So, I was on my side and I shot once. The guy dropped the flag (killed)! Another picked it up, shot again, dropped! ANOTHER picked it up, shot, dropped! :P :lol:

I kept using the splash to damage all of them which was really awesome!

Lol, I did that a while ago on Silence, blue team. A seething mass of hornets was no match for my Thunder! :lol:

Ahh yes, so sorry.

 

I suppose Thunder is not made for making enemies miss, as you'll be playing in maps with walls.

Direct contact with the enemy isn't as important as Smoky.

 

Smoky needs this impact, as it will need to hit the enemy every single shot.

Thunder can cause damage with walls aswell.

but a huge explosion have less impact power than a small blast is a bit weird :ph34r:
