Amazing battle with thunder!  We were leading comfortably but 2 noobs joined on my team.As if that was'nt enough 2 thunder vikings joined theirs, leading to a drug war. Having no double armour I was just starting to leave but then an isida mammoth joined our side. We started camping at their base rendering their thunders useless in the cramped place With a little bit of luck, we just made it.

Wow yeah. Nice reward (I still haven't seen anyone beat my best on this topic- 2276).

It's been beaten many times. I'm also pretty sure if FT and Smoki were to do a little digging, they'd also find rewards over 2276

Nice work, BTW. What was the 2nd guy on your team using?

Twins M2 + Viking M2 and + Prodigi

"Big Fund Battles" are an everyday thing after Tanki presented PRO battles. You deselect the crystal drop option and after about 1 hour battle you can get way over 2k. Before PRO battles, you usually earned about 1k in 1 hour games...except when you got a gold, which is a rare case of course. So Tanki actually gave us an option to increase the fund, therefore over 2k rewards are pretty easy to do nowadays.

^ i love both.

I think I will buy thunder m3 a little later though, as I'm going for smoky m2 and hornet m3 afterwards... Perhaps emerald too though almost everyone seems to have it nowdays.

Then thunder and finally railgun, my fav m3! XD

Beautiful Thunder day. The XP effect made me try more 2vs2 battles, but this time with Thunder. It worked out pretty good, since in all those 3 battles, both of my enemies had anti-thunder paints. (Picasso-Emerald, Picasso-Rustle, Picasso-Clay)

thunder m2 or ricochet m2 for next my

ranks ?

Thunder M2 for sure!

Rico M2 is ok, but it 's "finest hour" it has when it upgrades to M3.

I have a noob account on which I am playing with the Rico M0 and soon the M1.

Did some practice before with the Rico M1, but this weapon sure is not easy and you

can 't practice enough!

The Thunder is pretty tough to master too, but the Splash-damage certainly helps when you

happen to screw thing up.

Thunder gives me higher scores and better D/L 's.

Not such help on the Rico. Only those in every direction bouncing plasma-balls...

You really must become a Pro with this weapon, otherwise IMO it is

pretty useless.

In a far away future I am planning for the Rico M3, besides the Thunder M3: fun gun two/too...

Definatly Thunder M2, i gives you the ability to dominate. Rico may be effective, but Thunder can lead the bulk of an attack, and on drugs a good Thunder user can be unstoppable... BTW, on a noob account I saw a buyer who bought a kit with Thunder M1 at First Seargent... luckily he was a noob, or he would have dominated the battle.

ok i underatand but what is different betwen thunder m1 and thunder m2 give same different ?

except: m1- 53-72

,............m2- 58-79

except that ?

Yes, you 're right. It is not a huge difference:

Thunder M1 to Thunder M3:

53-72   58-79   63-85

The "finest hour" of the Thunder is at M1. Not much Thunder paints yet on the battlefield and the

upgrade from Thunder M0 to Thunder M1 is very huge.

With a Thunder M1 you can play a major role on the battlefield with higher ranks than your own!

That is only if you know how to use the full potential of the Splash damage...Splash is what makes

it great, without this feature Thunder would be useless.

The M1 could be considered OP?

Well the Thunder M2 is still stronger than the M1 and can ofcourse be micro-upgraded.

Let 's only MU the damage the first 5 steps. It will enhance the Thunder 's damage with 1.9 point.

So 58.1-79 becomes 60-80.9

This will cost a mere 11.375 crystals and I am convinced it will be definitely worthwile!

You can add one damage point (five more MU steps of 0.2 each) more for an extra 31.250 crystals. Nice ofcourse but rapidly

becoming very expensive too....

Only consider this if you have plenty of crystals!

In comparison the Rico becomes more stronger with every upgrade than the Thunder does. That is a fact.

Still the Thunder has a huge headstart and I believe it 's only at M3 level that the Rico might be called equal to it.

And that also because there are so many Thunder paints....not without reason ofcourse! :)

Thunder is a great turret!

I was deciding on using this turret vs. Ricochet or Twins or Smoky for medium range combat. I have no regrets so far purchasing it :D

IMO its greatest strengths are:

-Splash Damage (also a weakness)

-Instant bullet speed

-Fairly high damage per shot (but less effective due to anti-thunder paints)

If you can use its  splash  damage and tactics effectively, it can be quite awesome to use.

Here is a few good moments of what I mean.

Good choice and the concept of Splash....you got it! :)

On my way to Thunder M2!  Ranking Smok-Ti-Thun to Captain and than "freeze" this main-account for a discount...

Here some good rewards with Viking M2 (from hull kit) combined with first Smoky M1 and last three with Thunder M1.

Only drugged, just a bit, against the Gens: the other battles where non-drugged (except Goldbox and a few mines).

I prefer rico. It can bounce off walls instead of doing splash damage. Rico with proper use can be better than thunder.

Rico M2 is nice, M3 must be great! Rico M3 could be better than Thunder M3 I suppose if very proper used.

Splah damage has one major advantage compared to the bouncing effect. You can make multiple kills with one shot...
