guys i plan to take thunder m2...but i read  alot about thunder paints at higher level.so is it bettr or should i go for smokey m2 direct..

Get thunder, then you will have enouh time to save for smoky. Thunder is awesome :) I have it M2

Thunder M2 is beaten by M2 Smoky of course, but that is only for one rank ([rank 22]). M3 Thunder unlocks one rank later ([rank 23]) and well, it is M3, so it is awesome! M3 Smoky again beats M3 Thunder, but by the time Smoky unlocks you could already have Thunder M4! So IMO Thunder is the better choice, all because of unlock ranks.

i dont think you can have that good reload+impact force even with thunder mus. but yeah overall its good

M4 Thunder's reload is pretty dang good

ok thanks guys.one more thing..i know it is better to get turet but i love my rico m1 and also my twins and also thunder m1 was quite decent when I played with it..but it did not seem to be too good without drugs..

so is thunder a drugging weapon only at major and lt colonel rank?i mean with rico I hit lot of people even at rmajor rank and it is still M1.

 

your views on thunder being a massive drugging weapon but a so so otherwise turret.

I still plan on getting M2 Smoky. A few MUs will bring it to the level of M3 Thunder, and it'll last a long time. A few more MUs, and you can keep your ground with MUed M3 Thunders.

 

There are also fewer protection paints from Smoky around. Thunder loses a lot more effectiveness against protected enemies compared to Smoky, since it doesn't have that epic knockback.
