What kind of question is that? :P  M1 thunder is the second-best m1 and is extremely good.

Which M1 is the best then? I thought Thunder is the best  :P

And what do you think m1 is better than thunder, i am curious since i have used all the m1s and thunder gave me the most kills. Of course though Shaft m1 is capable of more kills, but I don't believe in shaft as it is way too powerful to be rationally acceptable as a consideration for this comparison.

Wah..What?  Shaft- powerful?  Shaft is the weakest and most underpowered gun at higher ranks...it tanks skill to use it effectively...and by that time all the rails, smokys, and thunder's have figured out how to kill you.  It's common for low-rankers to think shaft is OP, but just wait a little and all of your complaints about shaft will be gone. Trust me.

Twins m1 is the best since it is still quite effective against m2 turrets.

Ah but you see Shaft m1 against m0 and medium m1 hulls is what I'm talking about, because, at the ranks where people have not gotten m2 hulls, an m1 shaft's beam is considered extremely dangerous, i kid you not one time in a Wave CTF i kept the entire enemy team of four people cowering in cover and every time one popped out, they recieved an unhappy surprise, this is why i decided m1 shaft is too op for this particular argument

Thanks for the tip I was considering buying it but wasn't sure.

Even my m2 hull can succeed against m3 shafts..because the point is not to get hit anyway. You have to use stealth and approach them when their laser is in a different area.  Good players will only peek out and shoot at a shaft when his laser is far away..railguns can do hit-and-run but shaft have to stay out of cover to charge up and get a kill.

Of course, m1 shaft against m0 hulls isn't a good comparison.  m1 twins absolutely rips apart m0 hulls.

ok I will try m1 twins but I also have my eyes out for a hammer m1 because it looks powerful from what I've seen on youtube

It really doesn't matter which one you get. The important thing is to pick one turret and hull combination and stick to it, at least if you are a non-buyer.  If you are a buyer and don't care about expense, twins m1 is  more powerful than hammer m1.

M1 through M4 got a dip in damage but the M0 went up a little. For Thunder that is. I'm on the wiki often to check up on stats for shtuff. xD shtuff

Before the update when i was still on my NoobTanker18 account, I used Titan and Shaft M1 with the Griffion T-B M0 module with 12 protection against thunder, rail and shaft. 26.2 on the M0 mins 12 is 14.2 damage and divide that by 2 since i was drugging DA so 7.1 damage when I had 210 hit points! :D

I've just played a few Sandbox CTFs and TDMs since I was on the forum last, and I'm gonna go with hammer Viking or thunder Viking but can't decide between the two

Thunder/Hammer

I think Thunder is more versatile, Hammer os more for attack.

I have not played much with both of them.. but as I'm a wasp they are critical enemies to me, I used to have an eye on them..  and so I notice how they perform.

A Hammer is more dangerous if he attacks my base, while I can allow myself to not care much for him most of the other time. While a Thunder is dangerous all across the map, even past his range.. but therefore does not attack and snag flags so efficiently. Thunders prepare flag caps.. Hammers do them.

Both are terrible for flag taking in small maps, though.  Hammer's limited shot makes it weak against multiple defenders.  Thunders self-damage makes it bad in small areas and it is weak against multiple defenders because of the reload time.

but smoky has fast reload, critical hit chance, no self damage risk and is a good attacker turret if used right :D
