My Cedar has 30 something protection, good enough for me. Only use it to tease M0 Thunder's with Wasp or stick it on Dictator and be the Big Daddy Thunder.

 

Or in a battle riddled with Thunders

can hit enemies crowded and destroy them easily,can hit someone with the splash damage without directly hitting the tank (may avoid selfdestruction also),long range..
