^Oh please. You're saying that other turrets require no skill? That is very narrow minded of you. Thunder takes skill, yes. But no more than other turrets. And the fact that it is the most expensive m1 doesn't matter so much. Twins m2 and smoky m2 are also very expensive. Yet, I see loads of people using them. In fact, thunder at all modifications is a very popular weapon. On an average, you can see a huge portion of players using thunder in a battle.

Calm you down, im just saying that if you dont have skills at thunder, it wont give you easy kills unless your drugging. Now lets take fire and twins, they both had 70% sale, so a lot of people have them. With fire, you just have to find a target, and shoot him hntil he dies, same with twins. Its easier for unskiilled tankers to get kills with those weapons.

Now upvote my post, that -2 is ugly -_-

Thunder requires much more skill to be successful than Ricochet, Firebird, Freeze, and Isida .___.

Dude, just because thunder is your favorite weapon, it doesn't mean that it takes more skill than other turrets. Try firebird, freeze and isida without drugging. It's hard to get a D/L higher than 2.5 on them without skill. Thunder on the other hand can easily give most players a D/L higher than 4. Even ricochet is hard to master. Hitting moving targets with a ricochet with precision is harder than with thunder as the projectiles are a lot slower. Thunder also has it's splash damage which aids it a lot. All of these turrets have their own purposes and different strategies are to be employed with them. They all are equally hard to master. The D/L you get after mastering them varies with each turret leading to the belief that certain turrets are stronger/harder to master.

Do you have a main? Why don't you post on that?

FYI, I have Firebird, Freeze, and Ricochet all M1, and Isida M2. I have experienced them all. As for the DL, it requires skill with any turret to get 2.5 or higher without drugs, if you are using a light hull. Thunder does not easily give players a DL of 4, at least from my 11 months of experience...    Ricochet is hard to master, but it is not hard to do well with. Why do you think everyone who can't turn turret flocks to this gun??

Freeze doesn't require much skill at it's range, you just need to attack from behind really. Isida has the most users that don't turn turret, besides Ricochet, and they all do good.

Thunder's splash damage only helps if you are skilled! If you are not skilled, you will hardly ever use the splash to your advantage, and you will blow yourself up quite a bit.

You seem to put a lot of emphasis on DL. Well, DLs don't really matter ok? DL doesn't determine your points, and points are what get you crystals.

Ok, for some reason everyone thinks that I have only used Thunder ever. This is false - in fact, I just got my M1 Thunder on this acc on Tankers' Day.

Your first point - "every turret requires skill" is not exactly valid. Every turret CAN be USED WITH skill, but not every turret REQUIRES skill. Ricochet and Isida, mainly, do not require skill to do well. I'm not bashing these turrets at all, in fact, this means that these turrets do even better when skill is applied!

I have every turret except Twins (which I have used M0 quite a bit) at M1 or M2 amongst my accounts - I have experienced each and every one of them. I don't say something without knowing I can back up my argument if needed.

This took an awful long time.

I started with Isida-Wasp, and ended up also using Twins-Viking, Twins-Wasp, Thunder-Dictator, Smoky-Wasp, and Railgun-Wasp (not in that particular order) before finishing at an attempt to tide over the boredom of staying in the same battle for so long. This account won 20k from Spot the Difference that day as well, so it was rather lucrative for it that day.
