The first known sale is on june Prob,

was planning to buy M3 hammer there but now I get it THATS THE WORST mistake I can ever make cause it 

can make me so tired of tanki ._.

 

I wonder what to buy at a 50%, probably gonna buy M3 hammer later on,

like, buy a freeze/thunder/isida or maybe even RAIL :mellow: (which are all M0 :lol:) M3 (hopefully a KitSale)

and buy hammer when at field marshal, like that ._. where Ill buy titan/hunter M3 too xD

 

Im just so confused ._.

 

kits would be really helpfull ._.

Don't forget about May Day. 

I'm fairly certain that has a sale.

 

I would say go for Isida or Thunder.

The reason being is that both of them have a great ability of getting a lot of XP fast.

 

Isida, with its healing bonus.

and Thunder with its splash damage.

 

If you want to gain crystals faster, I'd go with Thunder. I have seen Isida's do very well in matches, but often times, Other weapons take the top spot., meaning they'll get more crystals.

I see Tanki is bringing back the "unfair kits" ._., great, I can expect M3 Mammoth AGAIN at Field-Marshal -_-

Mammoth M3 was on Lieutenant General, Its not that bad.

 If you use the splash damage as your advantage and play with it for a while then you will realise how awesome thunder actually is.I would deffinetly recommend it for higher ranks, not so much for lower ranks because of the Really slow reloading.

I picked hammer for the last 5 mins .-.

its a one hour non-pro battle right? how on earth can that hornet m2 get 208 kills!! :wacko:  he drug non stop?

There's really no reason to use M0 Hornet at your rank, especially if you choose to enter a battle with Captains. You should have been able to afford an M1 hull by WO5- even a M1 Hornet can (barely) survive 3 shots from M2 Thunder.

I only use it occasionally (mostly in hornet and railgun battle). Otherwise, i use my m1 viking.

Thunder is not a very versatile weapon. Capping flags with it is tricky, 'cus you can't really shoot at close range without self-damaging. Long range combat is out too, since the damage tails off dramatically at long range. I remember shooting at an M0 hornet in Monte Carlo, and it took me like 7 shots to kill it with M1 thunder.

Really then, this weapon only works at mid range, with no real leeway, unlike smoky and ricochet which can operate at close range with relative ease.

 

Why then, would anyone choose thunder? The simple answer is that the Damage Per Second at mid range is immense. I reckon it would only be surpassed by twins overall, (close range guns don't count, a clip has about a 10 second reload) and twins is a **** to handle. Thunder is the KING of mid-range DM. I used to be a railgunner, but at mid range, thunder tears railgun to pieces. It can even knock their shot off if you know what you're doing (which, for the record, I don't).

 

Overall, thunder is a beautiful gun. The damage is monstrous and the reload is meagre compared with rail. Keep your foes at arms length, and be prepared to take some self damage, and you'll find your enemies typing swear words and accusations of noobery into chat before 5 minutes.

 

What more could you want?

At the higher ranks its good if you have it micro upgraded, if not you really need to drug to get the advantage... loses to railgun / shaft at log ranges, loses to smoky / ricochet / vulcan / twins ate medium ranges and loses against everything at short ranges (without drugs)

 

When on drugs its just a beast :D

Thunder's damage doesn't tapper off too much at range. It's at 60% of it's power after max range. And Sackpilot, there is no real way of telling if that Hornet was drugging or not can you?
