Thunder is just as good as Smoky with DD. For Thunder to be effective in higher ranks you need to play on maps where you can use the splash damage. It thus require heavy MUs to compete with later M3s. As for using it with Wasp I'm not sure as it has a pretty high recoil and your more prone to self destructing that way.

Its not the best thing for Rio or other big maps so may be your just better off buying Smoky.

Thunder vs smoky? Does thunder also need to be on DD to be good like smoky? Also is it still good in higher ranks like marshal? Is it worth the crystals? Good at midfield? And some defense? And is it good on wasp cuz I love wasp xD

I have 41/50 Thunder. In Poly CP  I used Thunder/Titan and it works great.  I can easily maintain a D/L > 1 and stay in top 3. The only problem with Thunder is that there is more players with Thunder protection paints than some other turrets

I have seen Thunder be very effective in the outside corners in Iran. Not many shafts play on this map. And the rails tend to move around a lot. When Thunders camp in the corners they easily pick off tanks moving in and out of the buildings and aren't easily killed by campers on top of buildings.

naw, it is a piece of crap. You take forever on reload and twins will kill you in that time or a railgun

Just cuz you can`t handle it properly, but Twins, especially on Medium/Light hulls are easy to counter by just hitting the sides

I currently use M0 thunder with M1 mammoth, and I find it's a great combo. Will definitely buy M1 thunder as soon as a reach WO4

EXCEPT after the upgrade update we are forced to buy the modification available at our rank...  <_<

just on light

but the most hard to use is wasp vulcan >_>

You need to stay in a place to aim properly, but with wasp twins you can aim good when moving

definetly worth it. possibly the best weapon in the game with a close match of twins and railgun. since the recent twins buff its pretty OP. A pretty good weapon overall great for medium range but bad for close range due to the blast. :D  :)

Viking Definitely. Its pretty stable when shooting and has ample health to endure self damage. Moreover Viking M2 is one of the best M2 hulls if not the best.
