with thunder/map desert -- i was to suggest to keep a distance of more than 80 meters and shoot the center .. make some team with rails and stay there -_- your D/L was to be 50.00

It counts on the game play you like .. you can answer your own question by trying both of them at m1 or m0 

in btw " thunder rocks at medium - faraway distance, smoky at close to medium range"

Thunder is awesome..Splash damage is very goog but my is M0 :P  i have seen players using it..Due to the rebalance its reload time is very low..

The damage was decreased pretty much,it takes 4 shots to kill and Hornet M3 instead of 3
