Well my opinion is that if you are a rail vs rail and the opponent shoots you first and the time he shoots you, you are charging to shoot too....The power of rail will push you hard and make you miss your shot. Everytime that happens to me, am feeling like (oh man why again?)  :o

If you want to be a railgun fastkiller. Than upgrade its reload time up to full meter, not the damage tho....And every 2-3 seconds (i think) you will shoot. Thats great isn't it? And also if you are having double power on be number 3 button, every shot a kill.  ;)

Hope that if railgun the most of you think is the best gun, i hope that firebird should be the second one in close-range. Propably most people like railgun cause of its great power and hard damage. ^_^   ;)

Try practicing to make other railgunners miss. You will have to learn to anticipate when they are gonna charge. This is pretty good for XP-K's. And the overwhelming feeling of "schooled ya" :p

I love timing my shots right. Not just the old "coming out of behind a wall and shooting" thing. The "guessing when your opponent will come out and shoot" thing. I always get a "nice shot" after that. :)

I love the Railgun + Dictators that cannot hit me when I get to close to them. If I'm lucky, it SOMETIMES works with Hunter and Titan.

I've found that from 4 weeks of playing I've never even once got max damage! its always minimum and I actually had to MU to be able to 1 hit kill m0 hornet with m1 rail but I've never 1 shot killed a hornet m1 with m1 rail without using double damage but it says in the garage that a rail m1 can do 121 damage which is more health than a hornet m1!

Because I love them. They are also really fair, and show pure skill. Then of course, a good reward finishes that off.

best gun ever.... if it's reload time was 2 seconds and it and .5 sec of accumulation charge, and it had shaft's scope ( but you could still move) then it will be the best gun ever

hey edvinpavlenco, it's not always you can one shot kill an hornet with a railgun.... sometimes i have to shoot 2 times to kill a wasp without drugs!!!

Yeah, i'll agree to discuss rail its good in big maps. All tho its low recharge, but the damage is pretty high... even M1 railgun does recharge faster than a M2 and the reason is because it is damage is less than a M2 so it recharges faster. If a sale comes at railgun 50%, i'll might get it M2 (not sure), cause i have planned to buy FireBird M2. I'll see what will happen in the future and i'll decide. Anyway railgun is one of the dead-fast-kill weapons. Everyone has a post for it, its a great gun in any map even ina duel map.  :lol:
