Ahh, saving. Patience is the key. Enter contests, don't waste your time and supplies when some people takeover your battles, and leave; play with the lowest ranks possible, camp at places where crystals fall, get to the first place, and be fair - e.g. you can give the flag to your teammate who helped you to get it.

The latest tip is one of the most rewarding, I've done it this whole week and I've accepted the good, mature and fair players in my friends list. They are all Russians but they regularly join my battles and help me - much more than my English friends.

Most of people who play battles are russian,,, for example my teamate write what action to do as team chat but i dont know what he / she is telling,, thats my Pr :unsure:

Most russians understand a bit of english. e.g. When you are in a DM, and want to team up with another drugger - annoying - skilled player, just write "#username team!" and usually he will answer "ok" in Cyrillic letters. Even "change turret" or "flag" is understandable. But let's be clear, you won't have a long talk about quantum physics with them. :P

When one of russian tankers is noob i write "username noob" but it seems that he didnt know so i write h6 its near to russian word of noob!! :P  :P  :D

Rail.. Aw it's so cool. Hornet fits it perfectly, I obviously won't use my Wasp M2 much, as well as my Hunter M2. I'll try it with Dic in Sandbox though - allows you to shoot anywhere on the platform. Viking for some DMs and Mammoth/Titan when I will feel like having a 50/0 D/L.

Thank you, there are many noobs that dont know what an XP is in lower ranks and even around marshall, so I decided to make the ranks in the middle and it turned out great. Yeah, I got rail m2 at the iron sale. Yes, hopefully by the next hornet sale ill have enough.

I'm not sure. Hunter is another rank above me and more expensive. It all depends on the sale times and if I have enough crystals by then. What is true is that i'm getting both.

Rail really works out for me, but I think at a short distance thunder would top it, the reload time is way to long for front running, but ranged, I gotta agree its most dominant

Railguns are listed as doing a variable amount of damage, e.g. 93-139 for M2. Someone told me that the damage of a railgun that you actually get depends on where on the enemy tank you hit. They claimed hitting the tracks does more damage. Another post in a different forum says you get more if you hit from above.

 

But a post elsewhere in this thread says it is random.

 

Anyone know for definite what controls the damage?
