Let's Discuss Railgun!

Well since you two are such long time rail users, would you give me some tips because I'm trying to get really good at using it. ^

 Railgun doesn't need help from the team always. Of course that help from the team would be good, but that's right about all the Turrets. Railgun is very good, in my opinion the best and of course better than Thunder.

 For me Thunder FTW to the grave. Railgun is a beast also, but I prefer Thunder. Nevertheless, I still need protection form both of them ^_^  -_-  :P . I made a new account just to try and see if M0 Railgun could 1-hit a M0 wasp as it could after Update 254 but now it can't. If it can't 1-hit an M0 wasp, what can it 1 hit (I'm not taking into account MU's or drugs. Makes things complicated.) If you can wait 12-40 seconds to get the shots in to kill any enemy then Railgun doesn't need help form a team. It's great at kill stealing but not that good at taking out enemies in 1 shot. (Of course M1 Rail can 1 hit M1 Wasp but most people have hornet and so,.. in general I would say no but it can rarely. Not taking into account drugs don't forget. If so bye-bye everything)

I pretty much only play TDM or CTF so rail works nicely for me and I'm usually near the top of the scoreboard :D

Went a lot better as I expected. My "peek-a-boo" is still pretty nooby, but at least I got away with it...for now.

Beautiful gamemode, all about skills and a good team, and most important: NO annoying druggers!

 

A completely different level compared to previous "normal" Railgun fights: not much room in XP for mistakes...

Engaging, fast, difficult...love it!

 

 

edit: cheaters everywhere, even in XP. Had a Sandbox with M3 's opponents with...Tundra. Ofcourse they "won", still they are a bunch of loosers.

I read about 2 of those and decided it's enough. After all, I'm using Railgun almost since I registered so I'm very experienced with it.

I have tried to play XP battles recently. They really fun, but every time i have played some thunder or firebird intrudes in the middle of the battle. And people use prodigi. :angry:

Happens a lot. Just say "<insert player name here> hy6 viddi".

Means noob leave in russian. Also "xp ctporo", which means railgun hornet only.

major annoyance(especially when the whole enemy team has them and if they all aim at you) 

The shots crisscross when fired by multiple tanks and are impossible/near impossible to dodge them on open maps like Serpahov and Berlin.(Im a hornet driver so it only takes 2 shots to kill me)

It's a real weapon, but the real Railgun electrocutes and doesn't shoot Laser.

I LOVE M1 Rail, very easy to one-shot people, and with it's long-range shooting ability, it makes it much better than Shaft, especially when facing those annoying Ricos, as it's more mobile.

well,a full mu rail m3 does 133-199,most of shoots are about 165 hp(guess)

well,hornets m3 can be easily mu at about 180hp,so your rail must be maxed out at damage if you want to 1 shoot them...
