If fully MU I would think. And good for XP/BP if you have M3 Wasp (next rank).

Light kit m3 will help you a lot, but mu them its not that bad. Look, if you mu your tank and especially rail 7 or 8 times 1 shot will kill hornet m3 if the enemy doesn't have paint against rail.

Uhm...many reasons, for one range, for one damage, itd.

Please railgun is good at sniping but not better than shaft , we all supposed to know rail gun beam sells us out, it's weaker, but it's more accurate ^_^

 

I like to use it when there are uneven surfaces
