i couldnot use railgun but my member taught me how to drive railgun with hornet in training.its soo powerfull and so active with viking. but now i use it with viking.

Rail is awesome my favorite weapon i have a question regarding it though .. i play half of my time in tanki xp battles,second half different battles formats using rail in almost 70% of them i mu'd damage and penetration power to the max(rail m3) I didn't mu the rest since i was afraid i would notice difference between xp battles and normal battles having to learn using 2 different turrets .. am i correct in this assumption ? and what is the solution if i want to full mu rail and don't wan't to learn using 2 different turrets?

i preffer rail more tan other turrets not only because it takes alote of damege but because you need skills and strategy to be able to use this gun yes it takes time but unlike other guns they also take time recharging well i think its the best turret p.s. its the best

Hi, I was wondering whether m2 railgun is worth my hardwork. I currently have m2 hornet and m2 isida. I am planning to buy m2 railgun and fracture at the next 50% sale and start playing xp battles. I am not a buyer and it is extremely hard for me to save up crystals.

So, my question is, should I go for xp? Or should I save up for m2 thunder (I have thunder m1 and use it often with hornet/viking) . I was even thinking on m2 vulcan but since I have it m0, it will take up all my crystals and I won't be able to buy any anything else.

I'd hold on, but if you REALLY need the extra damage boost, i'd buy it to prevent "wasted exp" from the massive amount of losses

Railgun is the absolute best weapon tanki has made. The reload time isn't really a big deal, in fact in certain situations it's even helpful (last second adjustments, finding a second target if your first has died before you make the shot etc.)

 

It's one of the most feared weapons on the battlefield. Lets face it. A good railgunner will send all the rest running for the hills.

 

You can snipe, camp, play aggressively, defensively....you name it, rail can do it.

Do we really need to state that anymore? It's a given that anyone that's not a forumite is going to say Hornet is their favorite hull when extensively praising Rail. I'll pay money for the title to be changed to "Let's discuss Railgun! (We get it, Hornet is your favorite hull with Railgun.)"

Could be said for any turret. I often see good Smokies send Railgunners running for the hills. :P

BP is better anyway... turret position, speed for escapes, can exploit large amount of recoil...BUT NOOOO Hornet has to be the spchl kid.

Hornet's not-slow speed allows a lower chance for Rail's reload time to be punished. That's LITERALLY the only reason i can think of

yeah, good point. I guess everyone and their pet dog thinks that hornet and rail are the best together...still, its undeniable that its a very good combo. Which is why everyone loves it :) (well, at least everyone in this chain of posts....)

BP is theoretically more effective than XP, yet like 5 people use it. If only Trom was here.
