Ha, I thought the same thing when I first started. Then a few hours later I discovered that I didn't have enough MUS at the rate I was using them to delete reload time. :L

I know one really skilled person in using the overused combo (Hornet Railgun), as this person facerolls any other XP in normal battles (no idea about format as I DON'T join them). Yet, those other rails, are my biggest source of grief, but I'm pretty sure it takes a lot of skill to use... (sarcasm, unless after use you put "really well")

Railgun is kind of hard to aim on my laptop for some reason. Making minute adjustments to aim is difficult, so I miss often. I don't have that problem on computers with separate keyboards. Huh.

I see...

I had a friend who has played a lot of XP battles. He tried Shaft for the very first time and he told me it was significantly harder to aim using Shaft. It's probably the Shape of the barrel.

railgun has NOT horizontal auto aim. No turret has. The fact it takes 1 sec to acctualy shoot helps a lot. U have more time to aim correcly. Shaft is harder because the projectile is small and if u aim betwenn the turret and the hull where theres a little space between, u will miss.

 

Well i was and am a rail lover. But im on a "screw rail, lets play thunder madness" fase. So i bougth thunder m1 twins m1 and rico m1.

 

I think the camera update didnt do anyhting to me, like if i didnt see the ads, i didnt noticed anything. Is that wierd?

 

Did u see the v log, and saw that wierd camera that guy was using? I know how to put it on. Press cntrl+shift+k then put vars.set cam_maxmove and then put 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5. It really works and if u put one its so awsoeme, but really damn hard to aim

 

And wrigth it all on the same line

Absolutely true, it works only when you want to take spectator-type pics.

Yep he is rigth. Rail on noise and poly doesnt work well, even for a pro railer like me :p to noise i recomend: fire,twins,rico (on red team), thunder,isida, and vulcan (on red team)

to poly i recomend:fthe same turrets above plus hammer

IMO,hornet m2 rail m1 is better,especially in ctf.

For some odd reason, when I battle most people use the identical twin of railgun. It's name is failgun.

The Frost paint used to have 20% protection from all turrets and mines. You can find more information here.

Then i use Rail on polygon and be first (on lower account)...  :rolleyes:  And i consider myself a noob railer (i use it so rarely)
