I normally use Rail M1 and Dictator M1. I also sometimes use Rico M1 and Viking M1. I don't know which one I should get M2. I like Rail M1 better, but it is more expensive, and you need to be a higher rank. Should I go for M2 Rail or Rico?

Yeah I don't like railgun because I suck at it and everybody else is good at it xD but its a good turret anyway. My higher rank friend is boss at railgun and I wish I could be the same :P

You people are wasting you're time with rail. shaft is waaayyy better cause

 

1.. more powerful at fulcharge

 

2.better aiming

 

3.my shaft m1 can take out a m1 mammoth with one shot but I've seen rail m1s shoot mammoth m1s and there still alive

I was thunder or isida previously on @pienapuika but then i thinked Rail is OP, i should use it and there i am :D i havent been using railgun in only 1 rankup, because my rank was too low to buy it :D (when i created this account)

So i started to use it, I watched how others do, i was learning how buch time my railgun needs to shoot and stuff like that. Now IN MY RANKS I'M THE BEST WITH RAILGUN! but i cant get to nr1 when fighting ranks like you have. but i wont leave top3 anyways :D

 

 

 

My suggestion= Get light hulls (You need them for close combat to drive/drift around your enemys) equip railgun, upgrade it if its not too late and go ahead! Play :D

 

 

Actualy, we can try XP/BP only we... 2 so i can teach you a bit if you like.

I hate this gun its over powered and its super stupid how it works. When tanki realizes that like over half of there players are using it they think oh people like that gun NO it means its over powered it can kill a viking in 2 shots i remember on my old account when they lowered its damage but it appears they made it higher what the freck that is stupid this gun ruins the game. I am fine with like 1-3 rail guns in a map but now there is like 10-20 rail guns on a map this ruins the game completely. Tanki is always talking about balancing out all of the turrets well rail gun is not balanced its just to over powered. Its all people use now and its annoying i cant stand it every day i get on and i just want to scream at the top of my lungs when fighting them. I used to like 1-3 rail guns in a battle so that there was a bunch of different turrets in the game but now all you get in a battle is like 3 isidas and like 20 rail guns come on tanki your better than that i know you are so fix these things and make the balanced again. PS and people who use it come on you know its over powered. Don't you guys remember when there was a challenge in this game when fighting each and every tank but when you use rail gun nothing is a challenge

Btw when you own railgun, then thunder, twins, smoky, ricoshets, dumb teamates is ruining game

Reason-

Thunder:You cant hit him while he is shooting.

Twins When he shoots you, you are unable to hit him!

Smoky:Fast reloading speed and hight damage!

Ricoshet:Can kill me in 3 shots with double Damage (my rail cannot shoot in so short time.)

Dumb teamates:When you are shooting, they bump you all time!

Also, the sheer number of Railguns in this game kinda ruins it. There is no balance. 

The only time I have ever seen a gissimo battle not chock full of railguns is on the test server.

It does make for a good 1v1 tho.

Railgun is just to freaking popular I mean how about Vulcan or shaft or freeze? Railgun should be taken off tanki permanently and people b****Ing about shaft being to powerful before it had the damn laser cause "it had no warning"? That's just BS railgun has no warning neather does smoky or thunder its just total BS

Are you sure you want to remove railgun? It is literally one of the first turrets in the game with smoky. Clan players use it, hardcore XP players use it, and if you removed it then basically all those players, and they are a lot, will leave. Also,railgun actually requires skill, and always twins and Rico are their enemies, with short range weapons. The reload is not something great, but I agree, it has become mainstream.

The damage is OK IMO. Also, if it is decreased then it will lose its only power, which is high damage. Also, if the damage is to be decreased, then logically the reload should be increased to balance it and this will form the destruction of the idea of rail. By the way, with rail, you are powerless against short range weapons like firebird, freeze, isida and especially twins, Rico, thunder and hammer. The problem is that it has become mainstream, and that's a point I agree with you.

In my Opinion. I feel there should be one thing changed to Railgun. Well not really changed but added onto it. More and More Rails Use supplies. And it's really hard to tell when they are using a supplies like Double power (DP/DD). You just get hit and you have no idea if the Railgun that shot you was using Double Damage, Or they just really Micro upgraded there Railgun. I think that should change. I think when a Railgun with Double damage shoots the beam should be Red from M0-M3-M3+. This would help indicate a Double damage using Railgun. This is just my opinion tell me what you guys think. 

If you feel/think this should be implemented into the game LIKE IT UP!!!

And it strangely is the most popular weapon in Tanki and has a unique gameplay dedicated to it. Clan players use it for no reason? Youtubers want to show how they play with a dumb weapon? Answers please.
