i don't care how strong it is or that it has unlimited range it takes FOREVER to reload, and then THERE'S DELAY WHEN U SHOOT y do ppl buy it?

Railgun's not meant to be an assault weapon, so if you use it like a Thunder or Smoky you're going to be disappointed. It works best as long range support- you can nail opponents from across the map with no loss of damage, which weakens them if they decide to attack or can kill them outright if they're damaged. In terms of (practically) instantaneous damage at long range, it's only bested by Shaft, which takes even longer to reload and prep for firing. The impact force is good for flipping airborne enemies too.

 

It's not some sort of magic god-like weapon that trumps everything else, but it's still a solid turret. You just need to know how the use it.

Good "jack of all trades" weapon - you can use it at long, medium and short ranges as long as you are smart.

Takes some practice though - the delay allows you to adopt a "fire-then-aim" approach which is a little weird to get used to...

the shoot,then aim trick is kinda hard for me

Or you can be around ninety-nine percent of the XP users I know and not give a rat's tail about range and just be annoying.

Railgun is so boring now in battles everyone has it M4 or close and they always use Dp...So better start upgrading those paints and buying crystals  or you shall die...Simple as that. Or drug and run out and oh wait i need to buy more --_-- Unstoppable problem

i am debating weather or not i shoild get the tornado kit ( m2 rail + hornet) other choices include m2 hammer + hunter or m2 twins + viking but afyer i rank a coiple more times

Get whatever you find most enjoyable. Twins and viking will earn more points.
