first of all i dont need you to do that ... like u have my skills and knowledge -_- ... kids of this days meh ...

 

 

anyway why dont they decrease a parameter and increase other one ? like nerf rotate speee buff min dmg ... nerf max dmg coz its high and buff min dmg coz its damn low nerf rotate acceletrtion buff min dmg ...

Well the rail's damage seems to vary too much  this is the main problem with rail 

Yeah it's like playing the lottery in a one on one situation. I honestly don't like railgun as much anymore.

We think you are a fool because you complain about the exact goal TO announced when they re-did railgun. It was their specific intent to make rail a 2 shot killer most of the times but an occasional 3 shot killer.  What you call an oversight is exactly, EACTLY, what TO meant to do.

 

So what are the odds they are going to listen to a forum fool who does not understand that TO meant to do with Rail and why?  The answer is: zero.
