i love it, the rail is one of my favorite sniping guns if not my absolute favorite but i do not hate the reload but i still think it should get much faster each time you ''mu'' it

Rail is just so OP when you get skilled to use it, i have a moderately upgraded m2 rail and have had rail since the beginning. I upgraded my rail just so it can destroy an m1 hornet in one shot without rail paint. It can be used anywhere, anytime, and with any hull (with more or less effiecency). Literall every time i upgrade something it has to do with rail. Upping my paint so i can stand a m2 rail with nuclear, upping my rail so i can fire faster and get my opponet rail before he gets me, upping my fire so i can enjoy crispy tanks, etc. I recomend rail to everyone who likes doing more assisting than basking in the glory. Railgun is responsible for nearly 90% of all captures at the big maps, but they never really capture.

 

Key tip: Never get in close with rail, its just suicide against smokies, 'sidas, freezes, etc.

While using Rail and trying to take the flag , keep the shot for the imminent threat. Do not look for an easy kill since 6 sec reload will leave you vulnerable. I guess Rail has the longest reload interval between shots. How long a shaft takes to recharge fully ? Shafts can discharge even before charging fully ?

I love m3 railgun but when tanki had decrease the power of it I was not very happy why you should just left it the way it was.-__-

The most popular weapon in Tanki (as it seems). I love Railgun but it takes a lot of skills to get used to it. I was originally going to buy m2 railgun because it was my main choice of weapon, however I have switched over to Ricochet because it would be more of a challenge and it suits me better than Rail. I still use Railgun but not as my main turret.

Haha, I am still decided which turret I should choose, m2 rail so I can play XP battles (not to mention I have to buy fracture first) or m2 ricochet. I said ricochet better suits me but I've had lots more experience with rail and it has alway been my dream to be an XP player. Too hard for me to choose! Too bad I cannot get both, I only have 80k crys at the moment and waiting for those crystal missions to come up so I have a head start in saving for possibly M3 hornet? Any suggestions? PM me!

no. if u shoot in center it does 165 damage, but if u shoot in side of tank then it does 109 damage. it aint random.............
