You know, Rail M0 ain't that bad, cause I had a Polygon DM game yesterday against a bunch of Smoky/Mammy M1s and won. The best thing about Rail, IMO, is trolling all the guys below you, especially at M1. Rail M1s often just own a game, simply because all the low ranks have M0 hulls

Eheehe I used Railgun M1/ Wasp M1 today again . . .. . :D  Felt good. . . .Still maintaining my skill with it. . .although I think my aiming with it went down. :wacko:

 

Although I'd say it's extremely aggravating for the enemy when I shoot them. :lol:

Game play with the Railgun after the rebalance wasn't a lot different;  targets were one (great but unusual), two (normal), three (hard) or four (you'd better be good or they better be dumb) shot kills.

Initially it was still rare, but not there's a *lot* more people using it.

 

Just played in a battle that was lit up like a combat scene in Star Wars from both sides.  Total Carnage!

Looks like it is still worth to buy. There's loads of rail gunners and they appear in almost every battle. I haven't been in one without them. I might buy it at 50% discount if there is good chance.

i love railgun!! i think micro upgrades will be good for m2 railgun users (not me ,till now :( ) because they will be able to get  a one shot kill everytime they hit a m1 hornet if they increase the damage parameter....

Possibly soon. :o  But the remaining Turrets that haven't had a sale are: Railgun, Thunder, Twins, Shaft, and Freeze

 

My guess is that they're going to do it like how they did with the Hull sale, a poll. So if they do that, there's a chance no Railgun sale. :o

Guys, I have dictator and wasp M1s and I also have Smoky, Firebird and Isida M1s but I want to buy thunder or Railgun during this sale. I can use thunder really well with wasp and it goes well with dictator as well, but Railgun is the best long range weapon, goes great with dictator and I can use it decently with wasp. Right now I have 16k so I can only buy any of them with discount.( Ok, maybe I can't get thunder but If I battle hard in these two days I can get it too)

So, which one should I buy?

why are all noobs voting for rail lmao.  Its not very good at higher ranks, takes three to four shots to kill any tank above hornet or even a hornet with good paint.

Alright Rail-lovers. After this sale, there will be many new Railgun-users. Surely some of them will need tips on how to use them. I see too many Rails these days just shoot at anything. -_-  I see some M1 Rails that get their first kill in DM Polygon after 12 deaths. . . cause he shot as soon as he saw. .. which is a big no-no.

Doesn't help when you get impaled by 5-7 Railguns at once. . .. . .happened to me before. .. sucks when you're drugging and hit a healthpack. Railgun just shoves your Health right off. Lol!

They dont really bug me too much.  I just throw on the Tundra and smoky m2 and its a free trip to their flag and back :)  You'd be suprised how easy it is to make a rail miss once u know how.

Oh I do know how to make rails miss. Though with Thunder it's a tad bit harder than Smoky. And it doesn't help when they're ramming you. Lol.

What hull do you use? Mammoth? Although once a Railgun M2 did miss my Mammoth M2 when it was just 10 meters away. . . .
