Hey guys. I have 1 question regarding railgun. Its about penetrating power. So if i have double power, does the % of pen power gets double as well?

Yes and test that. Take your friend and both have to take the same combo , test: first don't take dp then shot him ser what happened then take do and kill em. Note :-:-:-: If enemy has double armor, it wont work, so ur friend should be drugless.

Oh really thanks fahim. I was so blind by the previous answer that i didnt even tried to ask another person .Really thanks man. So at m1 with dp i can reach 80% pierc shot which seems quite op in my opinion.^^
