Firebird is an excellent weapon, firebrird m2 is my main short range weapon of use, in my main account. Hornet + Firebird is the most suitable combination.

Firebird is an excellent weapon, firebrird m2 is my main short range weapon of use, in my main account. Hornet + Firebird is the most suitable combination.

Hunter is also pretty good with Firebird. The decent armor along with good speed provides a suitable hull to use it with Firebird. But yeah, Hornet also complements it very much and that's the reason I use it with Hornet myself :P

I honestly don't like firebird. It's only specialty is damage pretty much, there is no tactics but attacking. No need to be sneaky with firebird, because the pesky afterburn takes care of your opponent if you take him/her head on...

I love it because I use it like a Freeze, but it's much faster.
