zeus & inferno are the 2 paints i mostly see in polygon DM

overall its the best thats why u see a lot players equiped with fire protection

I've been using Firebird M1+MU and Hornet M1+M2 since I was Warrant rank (now I'm Major rank) and made around 200k crystals with it. Been top 1 at the end of every match without drugging and top 3 if there were druggers.

 

Highly recommended weapon if you like playing up close killing 2-3 players at the same time on small-medium maps. It's burning time effect helps you kill your target even after your opponent already killed you. You will die many times but you will probably take 1-2 enemies down with you with every spawn.

 

I'm waiting for a sale to buy the M2 upgrade, not because I can't afford to buy it now, but because the damage difference between my M1 (42.7 with MU) and M2 (51.7) is not worth 94.6k crystals in my opinion...

You must have done a LOT of MUs...The next mark is always worth it, it saves the hassle of MUs

Yes I did, and yes I must get the m2 because at my rank I can hardly kill opponents anymore with an m1 fire, especially the mamooths...

I do not have a problem fighting an enemy with this turret at long range of course...too many people buy it M1 because it is extremely cheap. I find it unfair, there is no way out, you die almost instantly and if not then you die from after burn...The only true way to survive an attack like this is the moment you see one with M1 fire bird coming, activate your speed boost and drive away!

Okay, made my decision. Buy SMP 30%. Rank up to Major in 2 weeks of play (Actually I play 2 days a week, so a month till May Day sales). Get Firebird M2. Is this ok? I might buy an M2 hull during summer sales.

Ya M2 firebird can dispatch a mammoth in next to no time. Against wasps and hornets it's like using a /kill command. Burn damage becomes catastrophic after 1 second of contact. Turret rotation goes crazy, range is immense.....
