Yes I love my firebird

My sister made the right decision here, as firebird m2 is a great decision. Shouldn't you be in "lets discuss shaft"? As last time I played against/with you, you were using shaft. Revise your strategies ;).

- :) Firebird M3 is a total beast with both alterations

Just because you last saw me using shaft doesn't mean that I always use shaft, in fact, I'm a thunder user mainly. And I don't need to revise any strategies, since I'm doing just fine. Maybe you should revise your ego ;)

I've said many things. Which one is the dumbest?

How can you assume that a tanker who uses isida is most likely to be a  girl, my girlfriend plays Tanki  and she plays XP/BP battles so what you just said/hypothesis is totally wrong.

Sadly many people actually assume Isidas are girls. It's been quite uncomfortable for me at times as I like Isida very much, but I'm not a girl...

It's some kind of stupid stereotype that girls always play the role of the healer...I've seen this in many games  :(

Well, I hate to discourage you, but your nickname says quite the opposite and is very convincing.

I was forced to change my nick 1 month ago...I used to be "TheBlackChink" and people were still assuming I am woman <_<  Now, at least I play with russians and I can't understand a lot of what they are saying so this is less of an issue. Anyway, I like Fire so much right now that I'll probably take a break from Isida.

I originally thought that you were a dude before you changed your nickname. Ironically, I now find out that my original assumption was right.

Anyway, in polygon Cp supplyless battles, I find that firebird is every other turret.

I've pissed quite a few people in battles and some called me TheBlackChicken so that's why I have chosen this nick

My second option is Twins and I like it as well, but Fire pairs better with my already M4 viking, while Tiwns feels stronger on a heavy hull and my Titan is...well...almost not MUed at all.

Vulcan on a heavy hull is also really good, when I use it, I tend to spread my bullets around the cluster of enemies to deal a bit of damage to them and hopefully let my teammates finish them off, if I see an enemy isida, then it is my primary target until they change turrets.

And I equip a good fire module, because I think in theory that it might reduce the self damage caused by overheating. Not sure if it's right, but it does seem to pay off a bit.

Firebird is too OP now that the healthpack isn't doing ****.

I'd like to ask something related to this. 1 RK can't completely neutralise the afterburn of a FIrebird with the M2 alteration so...if you were hit by someone with the alt does this make your RK heal only for 1k? Has anyone tested it?

I'm at work, but I would be willing to test it with you later (in about 5 hours).

5 hours? I am 100% sure I will be sleeping at that time. If nobody tests this in the meantime we can try to test together tomorrow in the after-noon or in the evening (east europe time). Please keep in mind that I don't have neither a PRO Pass, nor the M2 alteration. Anyway, if you can't I may ask one of my friends to help me out and I'll post my results here if that's the case.

Good deal.

But I work on Saturdays.

Sorry, I thought you were asking a different question, but realized you weren't. So anyway, that's a good question.

Why is Firebird so much more popular than Freeze? I find Freeze more dangerous and annoying. If I get hit with Firebird while moving, I can often escape but if I get hit with Freeze, I'm nearly always toast.

Probably because a Freeze user must know to turn his turret and many low rankers don't seem to do that. They will probably use Freeze just to attack head on which isn't really an effective tacitc. It's not the best way to do it with Firebird either, but the extra damage output offers the users an advantage if they don't turn their turret.

Mine has been gathering dust ever since I got railgun ^_^

At high ranks I see more M4 freeze players (who are also hardcore druggers).

Same with my M2 Freeze, I only really used it in the Halloween map last year (long range). I just got M2 Firebird, it looks good but I haven't even played with it yet, so if I get good scores with it, then it might be the last m2 turret I buy. Hopefully...

You should explain why hornet isn't good with firebird.

Just take his/her word for it... ok?  ;)

I mean, doesn't everyone use it with Mammoth when playing Kunger?
