I love this turret; the turn speed is awesome and the nasty afterburn is beast. I don't like the lack of fuel though.

they took the after burn off and that's sad i used to always use it

 ^Isn't that sad. They nurfed it that bad that somebody even thinks that Firebird doesn't have an afterburn. :(  It still has an afterburn but M0's only last for 8 seconds and the enemy doesn't get hot enough so it almost doesn't exist.  M1 has a decent  afterburn. Noticeable and you can get kills with it.

Hey I have Micro-Upgraded M1 Firebird and Micro-Upgraded M1 Hornet. Do I save for an M2 Firebird or M2 Hornet? Or should I go the hog and get Freeze M2? Please Help.

Trust me, everyone around your rank uses firebird, your favoritism of it will wear off.. choose carefully.
