Ricochet M2 sometimes damages me without touching me, i mean that the plasma ball is not hitting me and only passing next to me leaving me getting damage. Is that thing happen to everyone or its just a bug?

it happens to me to,is a bit annoying,especially when he misses you and you are dead from  a missed hit .-.(when low hp)

Yeah, and when i use my ricochet on a opponent and i miss he doesn't take any damage. Maybe this is because the opponent's PC who uses ricochet is lagging so it can attack me?

i think when you get damage when he misses you,you may be lagging,not the ricochet,i dont know .-.
